My Review: This just smells like a bouquet of flowers, though not overwhelming. The first sip is to adjust the palate, especially with a sweet wine. It sparkles on the tongue slightly though is not a sparkling wine. Floral tastes yet fruity, and sweet but not overpowering. There is a potential lavender warmness.
Paired with food: No, but all the more reason to have dessert!
